  " The location of the car park and transfer to airport were great and very smooth. Collecting our car was easy. The transfer back was a nightmare. The driver was driving as fast as possible racing around corners, the luggage got thrown across the bus. He sat on the tail of any vehicle in front of him accelerating where possible and breaking suddenly. We arrived shaken. We and another passenger complained when we arrived and our complaints were dismissed with comments about this type of driving being necessary in these traffic conditions and the driver being very experienced. We have been using air parks for many years and never experienced driving like this. "

  " The initial drop off was very good. Car scanned, details taken etc and keys handed over. On return it was was the complete opposite. I had to queue for 45min to collect keys. Only 2 staff on and they were completely over whelmed. People were getting frustrated with the wait. not what you expect with a meet and greet service. This was not up to the normal standard i have come to expect so would like an explanation as to why the collection was so poor. "

  " No problems apart from the barcode did not scan on our arrival but that soon rectified by a very nice man at the end of intercom. However on our return from holiday we - myself my daughter and my grandson in his buggy ran for the bus as it was raining and the bus driver just drove off with his head turned to the offside of the bus. Once on the next bus, the drivers were having a jolly old time on their walkie talkies and I heard one of the other drivers joke that he had left passengers for the driver of our bus. Thought that was a bit mean!!! "
