  I enjoyed the convenience of dropping off the car keys and walking into the terminal. The staff were very efficient and friendly but the only thing I wasn't too happy about was picking the car up from level 13 in the multi-storey car park. I understand this is a temporary measure. "

  " Bit difficult to find a place at first but I suppose everyone parks near the entrance if they can which is understandable but apart from that everything was fine and great value for money .. perhaps some discount for regular users would be good although you do give discounts quite often .   " Easy to follow instructions to get to car park. Someone at entrance to assist as camera did not recognise number plate immediately, but fine at second attempt. Speedy pick up with bus that stopped where we were when heading for actual stop. No problem on return even though plane delayed. "
