  " We were delayed 4 hours by French strike. When we arrived, I asked about extra charge - none. Staff were happily dealing with the knock on effects, smiling, keys back efficiently, barrier opened, away we went. Meet and Greet is the best way to travel. Quick, convenient, and you actually speak to someone not a machine. "

  " The parking was pretty simple and the bus going ran regulary. I would suggest some sort of ticket to remember were your parked as the car park is huge and the bus stops all look the same. I wrote it down when we had parked but because it was dark when we got dropped off, we still struggled to find the car. But other than that the service was fantastic "
