  " The driver of the bus on the outward journey was excellent. Kind, courteous and even waited for us whilst we parked the car, which being two women on our own in the dark early hours was much appreciated. He even told us what our bus stop number was. "

  " We found our car wouldn't start because the battery was totally flat. Green flag, could not get to us for 50-60 minutes. This increased by text to 64 then 70 mins. Green flag were less than useless giving feeble excuse that the original technician had been held up, and the second tech would take an hour+ to get to us at Manchester Airport. It was not rush hour and it was a very cold night. We had to called Jet Parks to say we would be overstaying our time. Your operator listened to our problem and instantly arranged for a member of staff to jump start our car. Thank you Jet Parks. "

  " Ability to drive up to the barrier and the automatic number plate recognition worked a treat in and out. Very easy access to the terminal 2 building. Our flight was 3 hours 11 minutes late returning to Manchester. Although I had exceeded my time booked by 2 hours the barrier still lifted without additional charges. "

  " Easy to access. Regular bus service to terminals. Also our inbound flight was delayed by 3hours and we weren't challenged or made to pay any more at the barrier which as you can imagine would have only added to our stress! "
