  " polite pleasant, very helpful on initial arrival before leaving uk, lovely and helpful on return. we will use and recommend M&G at Manchester again but never recommend M & G at Birmingham again, The staff at the Manchester parking are a different class altogether than the staff at birmingham "

  " The only way to improve your service is to Tarmac and make the car parking easier for pulling suitcases. This would improve the service per cent. Is there always a place when you have booked it, it would be a good idea if it says spaces available. "

  " The only thing I would say is that more buses need to be out on. We waited about mins for a bus after we had landed from a 9 hour flight which is the last thing you need. "
