  I would suggest you advise people to make a note of the bus stop number to get off the bus on their return. I knew where I'd parked but didn't even realise the bus stops were numbered, luckily the driver knew where I needed to be. "

  " Simple internet booking system and number plate recognition excellent. However, what could be improved is to illuminate the car park letter and number signs e.g. Y14 We returned in darkness and the the lighting inside the bus was extremely bright - making it virtually impossible to see the signs from within. The driver kept completely silent throughout and were it not for fellow passengers by the windows shouting out the bus stops, it would have been a nightmare. "
