  " + Easy access on arrival and departure. Quite easy to follow signs off the motorway. Found a space fairly quickly.
  - Confusing finding the car from departures, there seems to be 2 blocks, if you find yourself in the wrong block you have to go back outside to walk to the other block.
  Unless I missed this the signage could be improved. "

  " So simple to use. We parked the car and walked into the office and they sorted everything. The terminal was a 2 minute walk from the reception. When we came back we picked up the key from the office and walked straight back to our car. No problems with the car and staff were very friendly.

  " Easy parking and usually a quick transfer to the airport but return transfer was delayed by 45 mins this time and no details why. When you have had a delayed flight the last thing you want is a delayed transfer to your car !!! "

  " Scored 5 because usually a great service. However on this occasion we waited almost 30 minutes for our transfer back to the car park at 1am!! In that time, 2x Jetpark 1/2 busses came and went (empty). Needless to say it was a little frustrating at that time in the morning considering the usual transfer/wait time is 15 mins. There was quite a queue of frustrated customers. "

  " we always use Airparks. you know your car is secure, there is plenty of bus stops around the carpark and you never seem to wait more than 10 mins for a bus both picking up at the carpark and picking up at the terminal on your return. "

  " Waited a long time to be picked up due to the bus being unable to get past a vehicle blocking it's path possibly helping someone that couldn't start their vehicle,and as it was raining and the bus stops are small we got wet.All of us were going to terminal 1 but for some reason the driver stopped at terminal 3 and disappeared inside?.The ride back to the car park was faultless. "
