  " Prompt pick up after parking car. However finding a parking space was a nightmare. You could provide guidance - even pre booking a particular space would help. After all we are all potentially air passengers and are prepared to either pre book a space or be allocated one as in airline seating arrangements. Expense is high especially if you are a late booker. "

  " Everything went as planned.Directions were easy to follow. We found a space near to a bus stop. Noted the Bus Stop No and Zone - very important if you want to find your car on your return! Slight hiccup when we got back as the car park automatic barriers were stuck in the down position and the bus was unable to enter for a few minutes. Soon sorted though. "
