  " The carpark is within close proximity to the airport terminals which is a great bonus plus the frequency of bus transfers from carpark to the terminals means if you miss one you're not waiting long for the next bus to come along. Also I needed assistance on entry into the carpark and my issue was dealt with very quickly. Will be using again for sure. "

  The number plate recognition is very efficient so you can get in and out without any delays.

  " The whole process was very efficient and professional. We arrived, parked, booked in and were crossing the road to the terminal within 5 minutes. The office is literally across the road from the entrance to Terminal 3. The only negative, and I think a lot of the blame is down to the roadworks, is a lack of proper signage when leaving the Terminal after arriving back. "

  " Waited over 30 minutes for bus to Jet Park(1) Friday 09.03 am. It was very cold and another driver called on radio to collect us from hard standing behind the multi-storey car park.
  On arrival I was running across the open car park waving to the bus driver who looked at me and just drove off?
  I'll definitely go for the multi storey and walk straight into the terminal in future, the online admin is very good, but the buses need improving. "
