  " The barrier didn't raise when we arrived at the multi-storey so we ended up in error entering as a new customer and then having to pay £4 to get out. We eventually went to the open air car-park when the attendant very kindly changed our booking to that one instead as we were running late for checking in. It didn't go as planned but went well in the end, we will know better next time! "

  " I didn’t enjoy how rude one of the car parking attendants was to me and I didn’t enjoy witnessing a conversation between to employees in the office after a lady called to ask where the collection bus was and for them to take the micky’ out of her. I also didn’t approach swearing if the staff.
