  " Overall excellent service.
  The only problem I had was we flew out of T3 and landed in T1 so had to walk a fair distance with luggage. It would help if you offered a facility to move my car from T3 to T1 whilst I was away. "

  " That the entrance was manned as we had trouble getting in. Also had to ring to be let out as reg wasn't recognised by the camera. Also we were instructed to park up a level and there was a ramp to come down which meant walking a lot more. As I have mobility problems I struggled with this. Apart from that it was a great experience. "

  " Traffic road works leading up to Jet parks very confusing, temp lights, road closures etc also 1st bus was full so went past our stop and we had to wait for the next bus and it was raining hard so a little later getting to the airport.

  " When arrived at jet parks 2 was told it was overbooked so was directed to runway which was further away. After our holiday the token which they gave us did not register for us to exit the car park do had to seek assistance which is not what you want at 2 o'clock in the morning. "
