  " Parking close to Terminal 1 is great.
  But this time the entry and exit was stressful as the car number plate was not read by the camera and the scanner couldn't read the QR code. On exit we had to try several times with a long wait before we got assistance.
  We weren't the only one, almost every car around us had this problem. It didn't happen last time (in April in the same car). "

  " Very easy, straight forward. Well lit at night to find your way about. Bus driver very helpful. However when it is raining hard at night it is hard to see out the bus window to see how close you are to your bus stop number. Therefore just like Birmingham buses, introduce a monitor that automatically announces what the next bus stop is. It is a simple idea but very effective. "

  " Great service but a separate drop off and pick up desks would be better especially at busy times, also more staff, 2 on, fri 21st, one went off to find a car with a customer one left on his own, it was throwing it down and folk stuck in the door way due to queue "
