  " Easy booking, all worked as expected.
  One suggestion: your booking confirmation prints in very large type, and covers several sides of A4. It would be really helpful if you included a smaller version with just the numbers to call, and when to call, which could be printed as a passport-sized piece of paper, as that would mean all the details were easy to find. "

  " The ease of both dropping off and picking up the car. When one can plan things so that there is minimal wait for the bus in both directions then it is great. Just missing a bus especially on the return journey when all you want to do is get home is very frustrating "

  " I was more than happy when arriving at the airport, upon following the instructions there was a member of staff waiting to collect the vehicle. However on the way back, we followed the instructions, called company at baggage claim and walked over to the terminal 1 carpark, 10 minutes had gone by, were we freezing, my husband wanted to ring airparks back, i told him wait a little longer. Another 10 minutes had passed and still nothing to which my husband then rung again. The person we spoke to said that no one had called to arrange the car to be brought back that they would be there in 5 minutes. Cut a long story short another 20 minutes had gone by and a guy turns up with the car. He gets out sorts out the ticket so we can get out of the carpark and leaves. No apology for keeping us waiting or for being a furthur 30 minutes when we were told 5. All in all we had been waiting 40 minutes for our car. The purpose of the meet and greet was convenience. It would have been better if we had park the car ourselves as we could have got straight in and left. I wasnt happy with the service, we have a 5 hour journey to drive home and this issue added to our journey time. Would i use your company again...maybe but i would expect you to comply with your terms. We done what we were told, ring 30mins before arrival, ring when bags collected, you were the ones who failed to turn up on time. I would have dismissed it all if we had an apology atleast off your company upon arrival but there was no courtesy for that either. Utterly disappointed with the service upon arriving back at the airport after our holiday. At this point i probably wouldnt recommend your company for a great service but your were a good price! "
