  " Bus to myself and a swift service on the way out. Short 10 minutes wait on the way back but the bus was packed. Maybe on these busy periods you could put on an extra few buses? You do know when the passengers are coming back. "

  " Generally a pleasant experience, but they don't notify you if there are bus delays. Last time, about 20 people were standing in the cold for 50 minutes. When he eventually showed up the driver just waltzed through telling frozen people to move out the way without even an: I'm sorry. As both the people waiting at the particular time slot and their numbers were available it could have been easy to simply send a message and notify people to wait in the airport instead of the cold. This is my criticism. There is no excuse for not sending a message when such a delay occurs. "

  " Car park was easy to find from the directions given. Parking was straightforward and the bus to the terminal arrived promptly and was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately on my return the wait for the bus was over an hour and then the journey back to the car park took 50 minutes. I appreciate that this was due to roadworks so out of Airparks control, but the communication from Airparks regarding this was very poor. There was no signage at the airport, no staff members to talk to, no notice on the website, no text message or no email and when customers called to ask what was happening staff were rude and unhelpful and did not seem to care that people, including families with young children, were standing outside in Winter when it was only 1 degree. This was a significant let down after how well the process had worked for my outward journey. "

  " First time using airparks and must say it was simple, fast and effective. No issues parking up and getting the shuttle to Luton airport and quick and easy getting the keys back and finding the car. Will definitely use again when travelling anywhere. "
