  " Would have given 10/10 but for the exit bar reader machine. Took a fair time to get it to read the code as did it for the cars in front. At 2-20am it was the last thing that was wanted. Saying that we always use Airparks when flying from Luton. "

  " Very quick process, uncrowded, convenient.
  However confusion occurred on my return. As per the instructions in the booking confirmation, I called to explain that I would be arriving earlier than the time on my booking, which was somehow misunderstood as me being at my destination waiting for a meet and greet. An hour later I got a call asking where I was, to my surprise as I hadn't taken off yet. This did not inconvenience me but it was an awkward conversation with the member of staff checking my whereabouts.
  It could also be more clearly explained exactly where to go to receive the meet and greet return service, and who to speak to once there. "

  " Was close to the airport as the rest we looked at was park an ride which we didn’t want as we had a 2hr drive home once we landed back from our holiday, once returned it was easy to return to our car and exit the car park "
