  " Be really handy to have displayed what time the last bus left the pick up point at the bus stand outside the airport; so you can know if you just missed a bus you, how long you will need to wait for the next one. "

  " The organisation and speed of the dropping off & collection of the car were excellent.
  The only thing I would change is for you to remind drivers that they will need their key tag to exit the car park barrier after collecting their car; we had put ours in a bag & had to retrieve it, delaying those waiting behind us at the barrier. "

  " What we did not enjoy was the 20 minutes spent scraping the ice off the front and rear windows at 2.00 am on Thursday morning, but we can not blame you for this!!
  It was otherwise a perfect delivery of the car and rapid pick-up on arrival home.

  " The service from dropping the car off, the drivers on the journey to and from the airport where excellent, very cheerful and most helpful.
  Unfortunately where we picked up our car from Bay E was flooded!!!!! Needs your urgent attention, from our observations most of this area is poorly unkept. "

  " It was our first time using airparks and the whole process was very informative and the staff on site were very helpful too. On return the staff on the airport site were also helpful in directing us to the right area where the bus was to arrive.
  Overall a very service and certainly will be recommending to others. "
