  " I liked the fact that you just pull in and leave the car to be parked, it was easy to collect keys and find the car on return. The car park barrier did not work well with myself and the vehicle in front both having problems when scanning the ticket. Price was the main reason for choosing to try out AirParks, I have been put off before due to the location and if I use again I will avoid the M1. "

  " Easy to use. Our flight was delayed by 24 hours but they did not charge for the overstay. Would have given a 10 but there was a bit of a problem when we got back re overstay which meant we were hanging around for a while. "

  " Someone was there to help with booking in process. It was straight forward and easy!
  The only slight negative was that when we were waiting for the bus it was freezing and raining, and it was busy so everyone was trying to squash into the one shelter, luckily it was only for a few minutes.
  On the return there was no shelter at the airport, but again luckily for us the bus came within a few minutes. "
