  " A good price for an efficient safe and well organised parking experience at Luton. A pity the site is some distance from the airport and that the buses can prove to be a bit crowded but nevertheless the operation works well and is so much cheaper than on-site parking at Luton.   " BOOKING IN AND COLLECTING CAR WAS SPEEDY AND WELL HANDLED.
  MY WIFE USES A WHEELCHAIR AND DRIVER OF BUS WAS VERY HELPFUL GETTING HER AND CASES ON/OFF AT AIRPORT. WHEN COACH ARRIVED TO COLLECT US AND OTHER PASSENGERS DRIVER AGAIN WAS VERY HELPFUL WITH LUGGAGE AND CHAIR, OTHER PASSENGERS STOOD BACK. THE ONLY PROBLRM WE HAD THAT WE WERE NOT TOLD, NOR DID WE SEE A NOTICE, AS TO HOW WE COULDMGET OUT OF THE CAR PARK. OTHERS HAD SIMILAR PROBLEM AND WE HAD TO WAIT FOR RETURNING BUS TO TELL US ABOUT BAR CODED TICKET ATTACHED TO CAR KEY RING. VERYPLEASED OVERAL AND WILL USE SERVICE AGAIN. "

  " Having read a lot of mixed reviews I decided to take up the option of dropping off the car at the airparks compound and then take the meet and greet option on our return as we were arriving in late. Both options ran very smoothly and the staff were really helpful and information. So all good and would be happy to use again. "

  " It's great feat that the bus waits if there are people checking in there car, I was just a bit disappointed with the fact that I wanted to have my car cleaned while I was away and understand you can sort this when booking your car in but a lady came out and just started tapping the machine with out asking me anything as the bus was there it just would have been nice to be asked if I needed help as I didn't as I have used you before. "
