  " Airparks service at Luton is excellent. It is easy to use and the staff are very helpful on the whole process. The only problem is from the Luton Airport. We were returning to Luton airport and out from arriving hall with raining and windy at 10 pm on 30.12., and we saw the indication that Airparks at stop 12 on the big board, but it doesn't tell you where stop 12 is. We finally found the direction near the departure hall after walking and confusing around . This is to be improved . "

  " It is close to the airport and it is good value for money, but on my return there was an unreasonable delay for transfer from the airport and the exit barrier caused difficulties with barcode reading and it resulted in quite a delay and a queue. Not good when you are tired and facing a two hour trip home! "
