  Only thing Id suggest is removing or altering the speed bump on the way in. My car is rather low, and it sounded like my wheels or car had hit the bump and potentially caused some minor damage. "

  " Efficient deposit and collection of the car. Only one issue: the bus stop at Luton Airport was not signposted anywhere. Everyone had to ask officials and other companies which bus stop to wait at. A big "AIRPARKS" sign would be most helpful. "

  " Airparks service at Luton is excellent. It is easy to use and the staff are very helpful on the whole process. The only problem is from the Luton Airport. We were returning to Luton airport and out from arriving hall with raining and windy at 10 pm on 30.12., and we saw the indication that Airparks at stop 12 on the big board, but it doesn't tell you where stop 12 is. We finally found the direction near the departure hall after walking and confusing around . This is to be improved . "
