  " During peak times would be good to have more frequent bus services than the current schedule of every 20 Minutes.
  We arrived early in the morning. After waiting for 10 minutes for the bus we had to wait for another 20 minutes as the 1st bus left full. Obviously spending 30mins in total waiting for the transfer is not good at all and it is a reason to consider alternative parking in the future!

  " I had a lot of fun trying to get my car out, you left it hard up against a fence with very little room either in front or behind.
  I also got great exercise lugging cases around because you have no trolleys. On the plus side your drivers are friendly and helpful. "

  " dropping off keys was easy& just leaving our car for vu to park& also picking up keys & finding car, the bus was easy to get on from car park , the only problem was getting the bus back which i think could do with improvement . there was no formation of que , it wasnt first there first on the que was in all directions& a push to get on, "

  " A reasonable service, however, when the weather is not good then please make more of an effort to ensure that the buses are at the airport when travellers are getting soaked. "

  " I'm afraid I didn't think that it was worth paying the extra. The pick up point was a long way from the exit to the airport and as it was pouring with rain I got soaked. Not your fault though but I could have stood in the dry had I been catching the bus. I won't be doing this again. I use you at least once a year. "

  " We have parked there 3 times, 2 of which were successful however our recent trip was abismal.
  There was really bad snow and our flight was cancelled therefore had to return to the car park to pick our car up.
  4 hours we had to wait for them to find our car.
  We appreciate the weather is not your fault However simple things like benches in the waiting area, heating, coffee machines working and better facilities for the staff for example all the rows that the cars are parked on have the numbers on the floor which were covered in snow. Simply have signs up all the people who were bringing their cars were taking up time of staff trying to get our cars because they didn’t know what lane they were in. Change the vertical rows to horizontal lanes with gaps one car had 4 in front and 3 behind that they had to move to get that one out. Some simple changes would have helped in the severe weather there didn’t seem to be s contingency plan. More communication with the airport so you know what’s happening? Our flight cancelled at 11.15 I rang to tell them we would need our car and we didn’t leave the air parks till gone 4. We don’t have that much bad weather and we could see they were trying but small adjustments would help staff in these unusual circumstances. It’s frustrating to wait but even more frustrating when you are watching people doing a bad job because there’s no leadership or bad weather plan. "
