  " The check-in and check-out were very slick.
  We had to wait about 20 minutes in a howling wind for the coach to pick us up from the airport. It would be good if there was some indication on a screen at the bus stop at the airport of when the next bus is due. Some shelter at the bus stop would also be appreciated, especially in inclement weather. "

  Development works at the airport seem to delay the buses. Could you put on an extra day bus whilst works are on going?

  " As my wife was ill whilst in Sicilly we had to pay for extra 2 days parking =£30 as she was unable to travel .i was told Airparks would re imburse if i had a doctors note .as she had tummy bug and sickness to call a doctor would cost Euros i can not win either way Riveria travel were willing to vouch for our problem but not accepted thought air parks might take a symphathetic view on our predicament ?????? "

  " Would not say my wife and I enjoyed the experience of travelling to Luton airport on 18th September. The transfer bus at 5am in the morning was overcrowded and having 1 heavy case to heave up onto the luggage racks is not what I want at the start of a holiday. If you are of an older age {over 70, wife not good with her knees} it's not the way to travel. I have no problem with the return journey {apart from if is pouring with rain you would get a good soaking with no cover whilst waiting} the driver and staff at Airparks Slip End I could not fault, very polite. I will think twice about doing this journey to the airport again!!! "
