  " Easy to park and short wait for bus, did have a problem on our return with people boarding at the rear door and would not allow us off the bus until I shouted at them, I have a slight disability and was made to feel a little unsafe getting off the bus, but would not let this put me off using your service again. "

  " Dropping off the car and picking up is very easy - can't fault the process. But the buses are not frequent enough and when they do arrive so many people are waiting they become packed, with many people standing in the aisles and sometimes not enough room for all the suitcases or buggies. More frequent buses would leave smaller queues and less people on each bus. "
