  " I like to park it easily and quickly. So far, everything was fine with my car. Last time I had a little discomfort, but this is not due to Airparks. When I got back, it was raining at the airport, and my clothes were soaked while waiting for the Airparks bus, as there was no way to hide. Perhaps it would be good to write to the bus stop when the next bus is expected, because I had to wait 20 minutes for the bus in the rain. (I did not know when the previous bus left.)
  I do not like the premium rate phone call option.
  I really liked the helpful staff (both on check in and on the bus) "

  " It was easy to find the car park and you could park anywhere which made the experience quick and easy, rather than handing your keys to reception which often involves a queue.
  The only downside was that the barrier did not register our number plate on the way in so on our way out it wanted to charge is over £100. On our way out we had to call up the helpline but they were very quick at checking our number plate for our booking and opening the barrier. "

  " Instructions where very clear, so getting there and parking up was straight forward. Staff very helpful and friendly. I thought the price I paid was fare and didn't feel ripped off or over charged. So I would definitely recommend Airparks. "
