  " The ease of dropping car off and leaving it to air parks to park, attendants on hand if any problems arise too.
  Like the way Luton airport have allocated slots for all the parking providers and ease of catching the right bus..
  ,Picking up the car was very easy and a very ingenious way of doing it , no attendants were needed only the receipt you received when the car keys were dropped off ,this is needed to collect keys ,and the blue tag attached to key is needed to get out the gate.brilliant.

  " As always, we cannot fault Airparks. Our flight was delayed coming home. Not a problem, the Airparks bus was there to pick us up within 15minutes of us waiting, and left once we had boarded the bus. Eight passengers altogether. "

  " Very convenient, close to the airport. The employees respected my car, everything was as I had left it inside the car and the radio hadn’t even been changed (like it had at a different car parking service).
  Overall very good experience, thank you.
  One point I would suggest is the contact number;
  Using a mobile number as a contact always seems a little less professional, something to improve on the image of the company could be to use a service that provides a landline number which transfers to the mobile in use. Other than that, nothing I could suggest to improve the service! Thanks. "

  " Service is very good for the Mid Term parking, with easy access and regular buses. All is not perfect, however; some of the parking bays are poorly marked and it is not clear whether yellow lines mean anything or are a legacy of former road layouts. It is pretty expensive to at £28 for 12 hours. "

  " The driver ignored us at the airport gate. He sat and waited a further 2 mins before reversing out without us!! The next bus driver shut the gate but saw that a few people like us had just arrived seconds after he had done so, but he unlocked the gate to allow them on. I just think the drivers should look around before closing the gates. "

  " The car park was easy to find and enter. Having parked here before, I knew that if I drove to the far end, I would find plenty of spaces, which I did. I had a very short wait for the bus to the airport. On my return to the airport, again I had a very short wait for a bus. Exiting the car park was quick and easy. I felt safe leaving my car in this car park and will definitely use it again next time I fly from Luton airport. "

  " Amazingly well organised. Park in a lane. Drop your keys off. Keep your receipt, very important. Go to the bus stop. We waited in a shelter about 15 minutes at 4am. 15 minutes or so to the airport.The bus parked in a dedicated spot. Make a note of the bus for the return journey. Coming home, back to the same spot, I think 🤔. Put your receipt in a scanner. A box lights up, open take your keys. A marked column shows the parking row, go and find your car. All pleasantly easy. "
