  " Whilst the car park itself was satisfactory, the shuttle bus journey from the airport was the ride from hell. The driver braked and accelerated VICIOUSLY and totally unnecessarily. People standing were having to hold on for dear life and suitcases were being thrown off the rack. On boarding at the airport there was a driver and another of your staff standing around doing nothing to help. I had a heavy suitcase and all the lower sections of rack were full. They made no effort whatsoever to help me. I am a 67 year old pensioner...am I supposed to heave a heavy suitcase on to the top of a luggage rack? The driver outgoing helped us with our baggage. This experience makes me reluctant to use your service again or recommend it. "

  " Very quick and easy check in with helpful courteous assistant, and tho we had lost our ticket on return, it was still efficient service to rectify this. The bus drivers were also very courteous and efficient. "

  Downside was on arrival one of the guys told us we needed to hurry up getting our luggage out of the car as they were moving that lane. We had a 4 month baby and a lot of stuff! We were going as quick as we could! "

  " Thankfully my car was relatively clean following being left for 3 weeks, previously my car was covered in tree sap at this time last year, causing some paintwork problems. I left a card asking for the car not to be left under a similar tree this year! I have used Airparks 4 times this year and am pleased with their performance. "
