  " The easy way to get around and have a simple way to get the car parked.
  The down side is that I found a significant scratch on the rear bumper around 2-3 inch and and a few marks on the front bumper as well. "

  " The Airparks is cheapest option to park at Luton for a short journey so it’s most convenient. I just wish at the busy times services could run more frequently - it is not very pleasant to wait for another bus 20 mins more after your flight as previous is too full to carry you to your car "

  " Hi,
  My name is Barack, we used the car park for a week.
  Yesterday when we arrived to Luton airport bus station the driver shoot the metal gate in front of us (one elderly couple and 4 of us) and he told “Next Bus†- “Next Bus†and he left with a bus about 40% empty. We had a long journey after a long week, less than 2 hours of sleep in the night and forced to stay another 18 minutes, because of the Bus Driver.

  " The process of booking in is quick and simple. However, there were a lot of people waiting in a queue, when the bus was full and although there were lots of people waiting (queuing into the road) there was not another bus for 20 minutes which let the service down a little, obviously more customers than transport! "
