  " We've used Airparks at Luton for some years and each year the service improves. Finding the bus bay for pick up on the return journey was confusing, what with all the building work at the airport, and the return bus was very crowded. But all in all a good and reliable service. "

• Long Stay
  " Clearly sign posted and easy to get into. Lots of terminals for shuttles so not a long walk. On the way back however we were waiting for over 50 mins for a shuttle to arrive, perhaps due to traffic on the roads in the airport. Would recommend putting more shuttles on at these busy times as it was mad rush to get into the shuttle when it came! "

• Mid Stay
  " Not a great deal; I arrived in the dark, signage and directions very poor. On my departure day, the ticket machine would not lift the barrier even though I was using a prepaid ticket (or so I thought), even suggesting that I owed £240.00 parking charge. Contacted Airparks assistance who raised the barrier for me; I now have three cars behind me waiting. Problem easily remedied, cctv takes a picture of my entry, reconciles this number with my pre-payment, adds this info to the barcode; upon exiting cctv picture and ticket are reconciled, barrier raises, one less disgruntled customer, especially as I paid back in October. "
