  " We were unfortunately confronted with congestion upon arrival with the staff not being able to cope with the number of cars being dropped off, therefore the queue extended out onto the main road.
  That said we did manage to check the car in and head to the bus.
  Here, we had just missed the transfer bus and had to wait for the next one, which was actually just a few metres away and a whole coach load of passengers were made to wait for the full 20 minutes rather than load us up and get us to the airport.
  Next we encountered major road disruption/congestion around Luton Airport and therefore we had no choice but to exit the bus and run for the airport,(along with others), as it was obvious that the bus was not going anywhere anytime soon.
  That said, the car was easy to drop off and pick up, and was safe... "
