  " The ease of parking near the airport, however with the change in the airport structure and I assume the amount of traffic, perhaps a bus lane only would be beneficial, as you can wait rather longer than 10-15 minutes for pick and drop off, hence people are now walking from the car park to the airport, which isn't a bad thing I suppose! "

  " Your system worked very well even though the automatic ticketing wasn't actually working for the drop off - it was still quite efficient. The pick up was very smooth and back to being automatic. Hadn't realised quite how long it would take to travel from car park to airport so had cut things a bit fine. Otherwise a pretty good service. Great not having to go searching for one's car! "

  " Easy to use system. Bus arrived after 30 minutes at Luton even though they say bus every 20 minutes. OK it was 4 O'clock in the morning as the plane was 2 hours late but the last thing we needed was just another delay in our horrendous journey. Will use again of course just a first world moan. "
