  " We found it very hard to locate the parking area, in fact we went to the wrong place first. Once we found it there were very few parking places available. We waited quite a while for the bus to collect us. Coming back our flight was delayed for over two hours and even though we had paid the extra for this probability we were asked to pay £188.00 on our exit. Luckily, we managed to speak to the man on the end of the speaker and he verified our booking and let us out. It all seemed a bit traumatic. "

  " Staff were helpful, booking online was easy, the handover was straight forward. On return the phone was answered immediately and our car was there waiting when we arrived at the car park. "

  " Pleasant helpful staff. Everything worked as advertised. Really cannot think of anything to criticise. Return flight was delayed 3 hours but Airpark was still functioning just as efficiently at 4:00am as it was when I departed 3 days previously at 7:00pm

  " The ease of dropping the car off and the collection. Although you have an automated system there were friendly helpful staff on hand to guide you. "

  " Simple and easy booking, close to the airport with regular shuttles. Shuttle buses are modern Mercedes vehicles with friendly drivers. Reason for the loss of points is that the car park surface is rough with some potholes. "

• Priority
  " Prompt service was great.
  Only thing that let you down was that the parking ticket to let me out of the multi storey car park showed I owed the car park £55 to get an exit.
  So, with great difficulty I reversed and returned to the parking area to be told I should have pushed the 'telephone button', given my registration no and would then be let out. Why didn't someone tell me about this before I picked up my car and drove off. Very stressful "
