  " Collection of keys at the end of our holiday was very easy and user friendly.
  I would however suggest that the coach drivers encourage customers with smaller cases put them on the high racks leaving the the lower racks for those with the bigger/heavier cases. We had a real problem lifting our large 20kg case onto the upper racks, while the lower racks had been mainly taken up with smaller cabin size cases. "
