  " It could not have been easier. Easy to get to. Helpful reception. Frequent link to/from the airport by the included shuttle bus (only took ~10-15 minutes). Pick up of keys was automated and simple. For £33 for 4 days it was very good value for money. "

  " We use your service every time we fly from Luton and your team at check in no matter what time it is are friendly and always willing to help. Shame that we spent 15mins in the dark looking for a lane which didn’t exist after receiving an email from you to tell me that the collection location had changed! NOT happy. "

  " Luton: Our parking was handled okay but the canopies that are there for shelter on rainy days work like an oven on hot days, they're hotter than the outside air. It was unbearable to stand under them and there was no were else to escape the heat - but that's fine, we coped.
  However when some other customers tried to stand in the small amount of shade by the check-in they were yelled at by one of your staff which was very unprofessional. They were from another country and I was embarrassed beyond belief. There's no need for that as your member of staff was quite offensive. Just thought you should know. "

  " The ease of having on demand transfers to the airport and back. The drivers and office staff were all lovely and very helpful, as we left I saw them taking pictures of the car for proof of damage this reassured me that they would take care of the car whilst we were away. All these things were brillant start and end of the trip x "
