  " On the way out the service was not coping due to 3 out of 5 machines being out of action. Much of the information could have been entered online and a scanable bar code provided to check in with.
  Staff were doing their level best to cope so not their fault. I managed to lose my collection bar code during my holiday but staff were really helpful on the way back and I had my keys within a couple of minutes. So staff = 10, technology = 3. "

  " unfortunately on the last 2 occasions there has been a long wait on arrival and when returning. problems with lack of staff and cars waiting to be moved. this is not normally the case but all your staff r very pleasant and helpful no matter what stress they r under. "
