  " Cannot understand why the driver for long term pulled out of the stop with an empty bus. The people at the end of the queue had to wait 40 mins. never experienced this at any other airport. "

  " This was our first time using this car park, and we were very happy with the service. We parked outside check in and we were loaded into the shuttle bus within 2 mins and then a very short drive to the airport drop off. Upon return I phoned for a bus once we collected luggage and a bus was there very quickly to collect us. Collecting keys very quick and easy. Would reccomend this service "

  I use AirParks all the time...
  This time though, the buses were more full than usual, cramped, even overloaded... for example: on boarding we were told all children must wear seatbelts. It became so overloaded that there were kids in the aisle, so the seatbelt policy doesn’t matter anymore?
  maybe this could be addressed. "
