  " Generally your operation is very efficient and I've been a customer a few times.
  However, when I came back on the 1/9, I was told that the pick up point for the bus would be bay 4. Actually, it was bay D and I probably lost about 40 minutes trying to work out the correct bay. "

  " Dropping of the car was good but when I came back the car wasn't ready to be collected as somehow airparks had totally different time of me coming back instead of the time and flight i have chosen when I booked it online so I had to wait for nearly an hour for the car to be brought over. Not a pleasant experience "

  " predictable bus times. We knew that in order not to miss the bus we had to get a "hurry on" when we got of the plane this time. We travel regularly from Luton, in the winter, just missing the bus by a few minutes can be a miserable experience. If we know we are going to have to wait for the bus, we can stay in the terminal or have a coffee for a while. "

  " The check in system assistant was very efficient in helping to press all the right buttons on the touch screen. The bus arrived quickly to take us to the airport. We arrived at the Airparks site just after 4.30 am and were at to airport by just after 5.am.
  We were on an Easy Jet flight from Nice due to land at 12.05. It touched down at 12.20and boarded the Airparks bus at 13.25. It delivered us back to the car park at 13.44. We went to the key pick up point, followed the process only to be directed to reception. At reception we had a short wait for our car key. I had booked and paid for parking up 20.00 because of previous experience of Easy Jet delays with flights returning from holidays.
  I did input our flight details both outbound and inbound and I was expecting Airparks to be aware of the return flight time and have my car ready at the pick up location. But I was pleased with how the staff dealt with the situation and I will be happy to use your services again and if family or friends ask, I will recommend your service. "
