  Suggestion.
  The carpark has recently undergone an expansion however finding a space on arrival was difficult.
  There was a lack of clear indication of where spaces could be found. "

  " Not enjoy. The information on your website is incorrect. The site says to catch the bus at bay 4 Luton Airport. Bay 4 has apparently not existed for some years and we missed a bus looking for it. Please correct your site information. "

  " Checking in was good with very helpful lady assisting.
  Collecting car was also good.
  Bus was full on arrival and had to wait for the next one.
  On return bus was about to leave and we were not allowed on although the gate was still open and the bus was not full and had not left. "
