  " Arrival was fine other than finding box 3 to put my key in was confusing.
  Return was diabolical. The paperwork said meet the coach at Bay 17. There is no Bay 17. We walked too far unnecessarily looking for it only to find we needed Bay D.
  On return to the car park [at 12.30 a.m. on a cold morning [6 degrees] the information given was that our car was in Row O. We could not find a Row O. Why not, because there is not a Row O. After trailing the car park we found a member of staff who told us where it was [behind where the bus stops] which it wasn't. We then found another member of staff who explained there was no Row O - it's an overflow lane. All very frustrating. "

  " All was good at the actual car park but it was chaotic on our return at the airport. We walked to the allocated bus stop to find it was cordoned off. We walked up and down looking for an Airparks sign. There was no sign to say which bus stop to go to so we walked back to the original stop and fortunately someone there told us which bus stop it was. A sign/text/email would have been helpful. "

  " Everything was just so easy. The transfer bus came along within a couple of minutes, dropped us off right at the terminal entrance. We didn't get back to Luton til around 3am, but the bus turned up to take us back to the carpark straight away. So much better than getting a taxi. "
