  " Quick and easy parked up car in lane, dropped key in box. A couple of mins wait and we were on the bus heading for the airport. On return we had about 5 mins wait till our bus arrived hopped on collected the key and were headed back towards the motorway and our way home. Couldn't be easier. "

  " Enjoyed the easy way to submit and retrieve my vehicle keys etc. I would however like to make one slightly negative remark and regarding the exit barrier. It is not very clear exactly how you get it to open quite awkward on a dark night, we were not the only ones who were struggling with this need clearer instructions rather than swipe maybe insert key tag would be a better way to explain the procedure. "

  " It was easy to get into the car park and park, only we had a shock when we put in the ticket to get out of the car park,asking for us for an out standing amount of £265.00....We had previously paid ed and it was sorted out quickly. Phew..Thank-you. "

  " Parking is easy, and the car was safe too. Very good experience, however this was the second time that at the end they wanted to charge me more, although my parking was prebooked. Just had to call up the customer services and they were extremly nice and helpful sorting the issue "

  " When we arrived the service was efficient and all went like clockwork, driver loaded our cases and was very courteous
  On return totally different, driver arrived on time but refused to put our luggage in the bus, said they weren't insured to do. I had to lift the bags in even though I am under the hospital with a bad back and when we arrived at the parking area the driver got out the van and went into the office without opening door to let us out or rear doors to get cases. "
