  " I always use Airparks for most of my travels especially when I fly from Luton. Why I am returning to airparks is that there are usually cheapest, easy to park and stuff is very friendly.
  My last experience wasn't pleasant as usual. This time I was traveling with my 2 years old niece and my sister. We had great experience when we arrived to the airparks. We had 3 small hand luggages, one big suitcase, and 3 fabric bags on our shoulders plus a pushchair. We we were going to the bus driver was amazing. He helps us to move all suitcases inside without asking him for a help, He did same thing when we arrived to the airport. We were so nicely surprised and over welcomed by him, what a great person, driver was to us.
  On the way back I had opposite experience. We were waiting at the Luton airport for a bus for a while. My sister needed to change nappy to my niece. They went to the bathroom. In the mind time airpark bus arrived and after 5 min I started to move all our luggages inside the bus. I was there with 3 small suitcases, one larch, 3 fabrics bags and pushchair. I moved all mu stuff inside. Driver was outside having his break having cigaret. Soon he said we are leaving but my sister wasn't here yet. So I had to move all my bags outside by myself when he was staring at me and giving me a hard time that I am slow. ( I do understand that moving suitcases isn't his job). Anyway. I had to move out from the area so he can log the gate. In that moment when I was behind the gate, he closed the gate and I saw my sister. I said to him that my sister is coming if we can go back. He looked at me with the attitude, giving me look and he bumble something to himself and then he rudely said ok then. SO I moved all my bags in again on my own when my sister was trying to help as my niece was upset as 2 years old do. He was just staring at me again, with an attitude hurry up women. Although he was such a rude man, without any customer service, giving a attitude to a customer I though once when I leave the bus I will say politely thank you as you should do. Once we arrived to the car park he open the door, I was taking suitcases out and once when all was out I said Thank you. as I didn't get respond I said thank you again little bit loudly so he can hear but instead him answering something like thats ok, he looked at me and turn his head. I couldn't believe this person. As he was talking to one of his colleague in the bus foreign language I gathered that he was Romanian.
  So over all, I had always good experience in past but with my last trip one driver was amazing and I wish all of this guys will be like him and second driver was so rude, unwelcome and unfriendly. I hope he can get some help and learn how to talk to people in polite manor and leave his attitude outside of his work. "

  " It was easy to book the parking. The directions on the email were really clear to the car park. It was our first time flying from Luton. The price was reasonable and the shuttle bus was convenient.
  The staff were available to help with the signing in and collection.
