  " It was all so simple. The only two difficulties were finding a parking space under cover (there were plenty on the roof) and actually believing that all I had to do was get a ticket at the barrier on the way in and stick it in the machine on the way out. I could have given you a higher mark but the chances of me actually knowing someone flying from Luton are very small. "

  " You need to update your instructions for when pickingpeople up from the airport when they arrive back in Luton. I went to the bays outside as your instructions said to go to bay 17 , but it didn’t exist!! So I went to the new Bay Area only to find nothing there. I found a bus driver who then told me to go to bay D but when I got there the bus driver told me to go to the next bay! That was the correct one! I saw he sign said airparks but in really small writing. When people are rushing to get back with lots of people around them in a rush too we don’t have time to notice such small signs. Please make this more clearer. Previous experiences were top notch but this left me irritated. "

  " I did not line the fact my car completed a 26 mile round trip over the24 hours I was away. As I live 19 miles from the airport I wonder if the drive lives near to me.
  Not impressed one bit. Please respond ASAP as I want to book with you again but not have my car used for such run around journeys. "

  " I have to say, I was a little disappointed. I returned to Luton with a friend, who had no experience of Airparks. I think it was the first time that I was not assisted with my case. Everyone was asked to load and unload their own cases from the van. Maybe this is new policy, but in my recollection of using yourselves and Central Car Storage, I seem to remember the bags being loaded and unloaded for us. In fact when I flew out of Luton on an early morning flight, at the start of my trip, the driver took my suitcase from me and loaded it. I can manage it, but I am a petit, slight woman and sometimes need a bit of assistance. "

  " Simplicity of parking. Get to the location, print ticket, jump on bus and in 15 minutes you are at the Luton airport. We always have early morning flights so there are seats available on the bus, do not know how it is later. "

  " This is not an appropriate conversation box because it does not give the opportunity to make other comments. However, I think it should be noted that I do not appreciate returning to my vehicle in the very early morning to discover that my entertainment/information system in the car has been altered, presumably by the attendant who moved the vehicle. "
