I did have a problem with the return information on where the car was parked, but your man assisted and all was well. Thanks for helping to make the experience a good one. Only niggle was waiting for the bus on the return (2.30 am is not a good time to wait outside?) "

  " Very well organised car parking, only issue was the return bus transfer as the details said Bay 17 but due to work at Luton airport there was no Bay 17 just lettered bays, slightly confusing but we soon found it! Probably not the car parks fault. "

• Swift Meet and Greet
  " Dropping off the car was according to the instructions. The pick up was ok except we had to wait for the attendant and when we got to the car at the far corner of the car park, it was parked so close to the wall extreme care had to be exercised to get out. Approximately 2" between the car park pillar and the wing mirror. Furthermore, having to get 2 lifts to access the terminal wasn't ideal. "

  " Parking was OK but pricing is far to high. It cost more to park than to fly to Spain and hire a car ? This makes no sense. Suggest you have extended parking discounts. "

• TakeOff Luton Airport Meet and Greet
  " For "meet and greet" parking, it is a long arduous walk to get to the vehicle unfortunately. It's a walk outside of the terminal, down a path through awaiting bus passengers, up an elevator, across a cross walk, up another elevator then to the "greet" part of the process, where you are handed key to your car and asked to find it and drive away. I think you are missing the concept of meet and greet. The vehicle should be brought to the curb, outside of the parking structure and awaiting when you exit the terminal...otherwise it is just self park on the parking garage. I only selected a high rating so I could publish this review, because if you select a low rating you do not have that options. "

  " the fact that I went to the wrong air park, I was very impressed by the speed and courtesy of its staff in enabling me to manoeuvre my car from the line of other cars barring my exit. It gave me plenty of time to arrive at the correct car park and board my flight. "
