  " Thought it was quite efficient check in with staff helping on the machines and then collection of the key on return was super efficient with the bar scan. "

  " Really helpful staff and really good system in place to access keys on return. The only thing I would say is that maybe signage needs to be improved on the way into the car park on arrival to explain what people need to do once they have parked in a lane. Also we did have to wait quite a while for the bus at Luton - it seemed there were more buses running in the daytime than at night (11pm). "

  " Mostly the experience was good for the price. However, my email preparing me for the parking said I needed to get the bus back to the car park from stop 17. There is no bus stop 17 at Luton. I had to wall around a shambolic Luton bus area (which is basically a building site) in the dark with lots of luggage avoiding other passengers to find the right stop. So, eventually found out it was so M or N, I forget, but when i got there the sign had been taken down. The other passengers waiting basically guessed it was the airparks stop. Pretty poor quality control on airparks behalf but unfortunately I just think it British apathy. Best of luck finding out other gaps in your business through customer feedback. "

  " It’s safe, close to the airport and cars are ok there.
  The only thing that needs fine tuning is keeping track of the pre-booked parking. My father in law had it, parked, went on holiday and when he came back he had been ticketed. At the gate he was told his booking is ok however we still don’t know what happens to the ticket as the attendant didn’t discuss it. Hope no further payment is expected. "
