  One thing to improve: Bay 17 does not exist on LTN airport, you would need to update your instructions and mark the departure bay. It took quite a bit of asking around to find the right place to wait for the bus. "

  " When collecting our car we were told it was in row O.We went out and looked alphabetically at all the Areas which are alphabetically from A to N. We were confused as there was no O area. We went To the helpdesk to ask where to find our car and it was in place zero. We went outside our car was actually in row 2.
  It would be helpful to know that oh means zero and not the letter oh "

  " Convenient to drop the car off away from the airport but still within 5-6 minutes of the airport. However the drop off/pick up point at the airport is too far from the terminal and there is no cover during inclement weather. "

  The only negative I would say is that the drivers seem to think they own the car. Upon collecting my car, I discovered the driver had taken out my CD and thrown it on the floor. My back support cushion was thrown in the back. Driver seat and steering were out of place. Heaters were switched around.
  I just feel the drivers need to be told that it is not their car and it’s a service that has been paid for and not a favour hence they need to treat the car with a little more respect.
  Other than that, price wise, location and everything was perfect. "

  " Very enjoyable experience. Drive to compound, had over your keys. Taken to then airport. A quick phone call and they collect you and taken back to the compound. Collect you keys and drive home. Easy. "
