  " Very disappointed with Slip End Airpark this time. I don't know what you claim the bus frequency is post Covid disruptions, but it took an hour from when we checked in, to arriving at the airport. Too long. With a passenger with restricted mobility we only just got to the gate in time even though we'd allowed over two hours from our arrival at Slip End.
  Once the transfer bus arrived it sat for at least 15 minutes with the diesel engine running. Driver must have known he was going to sit, therefore to minimise air pollution the engine should have been switched off! "

  " Only one complaint, the walk from my car to the tarmac road although only 50 meters was crushed stones of all different sizes making it impossible to use the wheels of my suitcase so had to lift my case and carry it.Just OK for me but a smaller person would find it extremely difficult. "

  On return, again straight onto bus back to the car park - very reliable service and would certainly recommend and use again. "

  " Parked in Red area at Luton Slip End. V tight spaces. Cars parked behind against fence made it impossible to get out. Luckily the person parked next was able to get out first. Wider slots are essential in that area "
