  We was greeted as we pulled up booking checked and told where to park the car. Straight on the bus no waiting only two passengers. Keep your keys do car is not moved whilst away.
  Just pulling out of the car park and realised I had left my mobile phone in the car my husband asked the driver if we could go back in he turned the bus round said it was no problem picked up the phone and off we went to the airport very short journey to the airport. I thanked the driver for going back. On the return back to Luton came out of the airport straight to the bus stop and was on a bus within a few minutes great service will definitely use again. Thank you Airparks. 10/10 ???????? "

  " Generally the service was good. However, there was confusion at the airport pickup point. There being two Airparks sites and one queue. Those waiting all tried to board the SHORT RUN bus and some got quite angry when the driver told them they would have to wait for another bus. "

  " Wonderful experience.
  On dropping the car, we arrived at the gate and a staff explained the rules and where to park. After that we went and parked the car to the designated lot. Went for the bus, took like 5 min of waiting and then a smooth ride to the airport.
  At pickup we called for the bus after we picked up our bags and by the time we arrived at the bay, the bus was there. Smooth ride back to the parking lot. We found the care where we left it, intact.
  All in all a 5 star experience "

  " Badly!! Paid in advance to use the long stay carpark at Luton airport. When trying to exit, the barrier wouldn't open and the on screen prompt said I owed £124.00!!!
  Called for assistance and waited an eternity for someone to answer. When they did, the individual in question how no concept of customer service or satisfaction. Very poor service! "

  " Big car park, almost always full. Couple of days are with reduced price, once you're late you have to pay huge penalties.
  Airport busses, rotate every 10-15 minutes. "
