  " The parking service was excellent - the satnav took me straight to the car park entrance - there were plenty of spaces available - even arriving in the middle of the night the shuttle bus service to the air terminal was frequent.

  " The parking and collection process very well organised. The shuttle bus is always a cattle truck affair and frequency could be varied to cope with an known influx of passengers. Most repeat customers are aware of that and accept that you get what you pay for. "

  No fault of Short Run but the walk with luggage from the drop off point at Luton Airport to the terminal is excessive especially for less mobile travellers. The airport passenger services will passengers with disabilities by booking assistance in advance. "

  " No hassle, no problem, helpfully staff, found flat battery when arrived from holiday, got help straight away plus dropp off and pick up in front of the terminal. Strongly recommended. "

  " Our flight was delayed. We were concerned about how much we would need to pay extra but called up ( it did take a few times as the phone did ring out and no one picked up. I called about 5 times to enquire within the space of 30-40 mins and no one picked up the phone ) and asked how much time after we were said to collect our car did we have before we would be charged extra. The staff that did eventually answer was helpful and assured us we would be ok with the delayed time. "
