  " Thought the process was good apart from when we arrived at 5.30 am there wasn’t room on the coach as it was very busy. It would be useful to have more than one coach running during busy periods. We had to wait for the next coach and even this was extremely busy, to the point that my children were being hit by people with back packs. "

  " Staff were lovely, easy to book, car was safe and close to the airport. Picked up as arranged. My only problem was the distance from the terminal to pick up point as travelling with a disabled passenger. But that wasn't Airparks fault it is down to the alterations at Luton. We were allowed to use the airport wheelchair though. All in all a good experience. Thank you. "
