  " Really easy process, there's no extra cost if you put times earlier than you expect to arrive and leave as long as it's on the same day. The sat nav postcode took us straight to the car park which is just outside a small village so you're not driving through a scary city you're not used to. There was a space to write a comment when booking that I needed enough space for a wheelchair driver to get in and out so they'd leave enough space for the door to open fully. When you arrive there's no one rushing you because the bus comes every 20 minutes and obviously depending on traffic (which is nicely not your problem to have to fight through) is about 15/20 minutes to the car park, and then you're away from the busy airport traffic on return. The bus drivers couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, particularly with having a wheelchair user with me. You feel that your car is safe. You lock it, pop your key in the machine (and if you're a bit flustered there's a lovely person there to help you) and you enter your car registration which you get a receipt for your key which tells you all you need to know for your return. On return you reverse the process and it's like deal or no deal, your key lights up in a box with a number on like you've won a prize and it tells you where your car is. The only slightly negative thing I'd say is luckily I kept the car tag as this is needed to get out of the car park. Couldn't be simpler and reasonable price, £70 for two weeks which is way cheaper than a taxi to the airport and back particularly if you need special transport if you're a wheelchair user, because you can use your own vehicle. "
