  " What I didn't enjoy was your driver backing away from the pickup point when he clearly saw us waving at him and then waiting 20 minutes in the cold at 12.40 in the morning.

  " A well maintained and secure parking area very close to the airport. Frequent shuttle buses with helpful staff. I use the parking area at least twice a year. On one occasion I had to cancel because of a serious family illness. Office staff were very helpful and responded quickly.
  My repeated use of the parking facility is born out of the consistently positive experiences provided. "

  " Every time I park with you it is a very smooth experience. The staff is friendly and ready to help,including the bus driver! Yesterday the red key retrieval station didn't work, no problem, clear instructions and perfect service. And Pearl (my car) loves it there!!!!
